Zenkouji-Unjouden

In the middle of the mountain located to the north of Zenko-ji Temple, there is a ash cremains repository called Unjyo Den where the cherry blossoms are especially beautiful during spring. The Unjyo Den, which is located halfway up Mt. Jitsukiyama overlooks Zenkoji-daira, a spot where you can enjoy the view of cherry blossoms, the cityscape, and mountains at once. From Jitsukiyama Park, which is about 800 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a superb night-time view!
